Another awards show, another set of great dresses! In the past few years the Emmy's have become quite an event, due to the exciting television that we're being treated to. The movie stars have invaded and with them, the fashion has become even more of a statement. It was refreshing to see so many women taking risks and having fun with their appearance, whether it was Kerry Washington's ombre locks and bright Prada or Sarah Hyland's perfectly age appropriate crop top and ball skirt. Michelle Dockery brought an up and coming designer into the spotlight with my favorite use of color blocking in a good long while. The women who went for classic looks did so impeccably including Lizzy Caplan's utterly glamorous gown and Cat Deely's fresh and pretty femininity. See my favorites below.
